Ukuthula ECD and Educational Centre is a Non-Profit organization located in Umlazi that was established on the 7th of January 2014. The Centre was formed by Mrs. Priscilla Zandile Ngubane. She found this Centre with the commitment to work vigorously and tirelessly to provide care for children to the development of the Centre which operates under the philosophy of that all children to be treated with the warmth and respect regardless of their religion, race, gender or economic status
